About the Role

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team at CARFAX. As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centered design solutions that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design and deliver user-centered solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure design solutions are feasible and meet technical requirements.
  • Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and advocate for user-centered design principles.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a consumer-facing product.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design process and user-centered design solutions.
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong understanding of user experience principles, human-centered design, and design thinking.
