About the Role

Job Summary

syncreon America Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator to join our operations team in Brampton, Ontario. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate movement of goods within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, store, and ship products in a timely and accurate manner
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move products throughout the warehouse
  • Read and interpret documents, such as shipping orders and work orders, to determine items to be moved
  • Fill requisitions and work orders, and place items in designated areas
  • Scan materials and move them according to standard work instructions
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules and operating instructions
