We are seeking a reliable and physically demanding Harvesting Labourer to join our team at Meadow Berry Farms. As a key member of our farm crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and quantity of our crops.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain the crops to ensure optimal growth and quality
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment to support crop care and harvesting
  • Train trees to produce more fruit of higher quality
  • Fertilize and spray crops to promote healthy growth
  • Harvest crops in a timely and efficient manner
Work Environment

As a Harvesting Labourer at Meadow Berry Farms, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be exposed to dusty conditions and odours, but will have the opportunity to work outdoors and enjoy the fresh air.

Requirements
