  • Planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops to ensure optimal growth.
  • Applying fertilizers and pesticides to maintain crop health.
  • Harvesting crops at the appropriate time for market readiness.
  • Operating and maintaining various farm machinery and equipment.
  • Inspecting products for quality assurance and market readiness.
Transportation and Travel

Having personal transportation is essential for this role.

Physical Demands

This position requires:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Repetitive tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods and engage in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Experience
