About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Roofing Specialist to join our team at ELITE ROOFING AND CONTRACTORS. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing and repairing metal roofs, applying waterproof coatings, and ensuring the highest quality of workmanship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and repair metal roofs using hand and power tools
  • Apply waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces below or above ground level
  • Install sheet metal flashings
  • Work at heights, in noisy, dusty, and dangerous environments
  • Collaborate with colleagues to complete tasks efficiently
Work Environment

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, often outdoors, and may be required to work overtime. You will be handling heavy loads, bending, crouching, and kneeling regularly.

Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the roofing industry
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Ability to work at heights, in noisy, dusty, and dangerous environments
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and ability to work under pressure
