Assistant Resident Manager 2-Person Team

Realstar is a leading residential property management company with a strong presence in Canada. We are currently seeking an Assistant Resident Manager to join our team in Victoria, BC.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and inclusive environment, providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents. As an Assistant Resident Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of common areas, performing minor maintenance repairs, and preparing apartments for new residents.

We offer a competitive salary range of $42,600 - $45,000 per person, including a rent-free, two-bedroom apartment suite. Our benefits package includes employer-paid benefits, quarterly bonuses based on property performance, and annual bonuses based on personal performance.
