Career Opportunity – Bilingual Senior Consultant | Leadership & Team Development

At Humance, we're passionate about driving performance through meaningful culture. We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Bilingual Senior Consultant to join our team in the province of Quebec.

About the Role

As a Senior Consultant, you'll divide your time between managing your team (20%) and delivering consulting services to external clients (80%). You'll be responsible for supervising a team of consultants and freelancers within the Leadership and Team Development division, optimizing operations, and carrying out client mandates.

You'll work on a variety of projects involving organizations of all sizes across all sectors, helping develop content for training sessions, leadership development paths, and custom workshops. You'll also support managers working in multidisciplinary teams and facilitate training and co-development sessions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the engagement, recognition, performance, and career development of team members.
  • Help create training content on various leadership and team development topics.
  • Facilitate workshops for a broad clientele, from first-level management to executive teams.
  • Research and analyze new trends and tools in adult education, creativity techniques, and the innovation process.
  • Meet with potential clients, help draft business proposals, and follow up on projects.
  • Coordinate large-scale projects and help draft RFPs.
  • Participate in proposal drafting and demonstrate initiative in business development to support our continued growth.
  • Support the implementation and development of organizational and technological changes.
Requirements
  • University degree in organizational development, management, organizational psychology, communications, education sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in management, consulting, advisory services, or human resources.
  • Management experience is an asset.
  • Bilingualism (oral and written) in English and French.
  • Ability to facilitate group training sessions.
  • Ability to design leadership development paths and workshops.
  • Energetic, creative, and innovative.
  • ACC or PCC accreditation is an asset.
