Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Procurement Specialist to join our team on a fixed-term contract basis. This role is crucial in supporting our operational efficiency and ensuring the procurement of high-quality goods and services that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the acquisition of commodities, raw materials, and services essential for our operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to enhance negotiation outcomes and secure cost-effective purchasing.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior buyers in sourcing strategies and negotiation techniques.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to project annual cost reductions for assigned suppliers.
- Ensure timely updates to MRP systems to maintain accuracy in purchasing data, including pricing and specifications.
- Collaborate with management to fulfill any additional duties related to operational improvements.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in commodity procurement within the automotive sector.
- Membership in PMAC with at least level 3 status is required.
- Familiarity with Trans4M applications and SAP is highly advantageous.
