Kitchen Operations Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Kitchen Operations Assistant to join our team at Shanghai 360. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and food service areas.
Key Responsibilities- Requisition food and kitchen supplies in a timely and efficient manner.
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Conduct regular inspections of kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain optimal kitchen operations.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure effective teamwork and productivity.
- Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Recognized employer.
- Permanent work term.
- English language support.
- 30 to 40 hours per week.
