About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Exterior Cladding Specialist to join our team at Tritan Inc. as a key member of our construction team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure and Mark Guidelines: Ensure accurate measurements and markings for installations, guaranteeing a precise fit and finish.
  • Prepare and Maintain Work Materials: Organize and maintain a clean and efficient workspace, ensuring all necessary tools and equipment are readily available.
  • Utilize Hand and Power Tools: Safely operate a variety of hand and power tools to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Erect and Install Scaffolding: Construct and dismantle scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms to ensure safe access to work areas.
  • Perform Restorative Work: Conduct repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure the integrity and appearance of exterior surfaces.
  • Assist Tradespersons: Collaborate with other workers to complete tasks, providing support and expertise as needed.
  • Load and Transport Materials: Safely load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from work sites.
  • Erect and Dismantle Concrete Forms: Construct and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades to ensure safe and efficient construction.
  • Erect Scaffolding and Rigging: Assemble, erect, and dismantle scaffolding, rigging, and hoisting equipment to ensure safe access and efficient material handling.
  • Apply Finishes: Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces, ensuring a high-quality finish.
  • Assemble and Install Hoisting Equipment: Construct and install hoisting and rigging equipment to ensure safe and efficient material handling.
  • Impart Desired Finish: Use hand and power tools to achieve a high-quality finish on concrete surfaces.
  • Construct and Repair Supports: Build and repair wood or metal supports and structures to ensure safe and stable construction.Requirements
    • Working at Heights Training: Possess a valid Working at Heights training certification.
    • First Aid Certificate: Hold a current First Aid Certificate.
    • WHMIS Certificate: Possess a valid Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.Work Environment
