Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to join our team at ServiceMaster Building Maintenance. As an Evening Light Duty Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • General Cleaning Duties
    • Dust and vacuum all surfaces, including furniture and fixtures
    • Mop and clean floors, including entryways and hallways
    • Empty trash and recycling receptacles
  • Sanitation and Hygiene
    • Sanitize high-touch areas, such as doorknobs and light switches
    • Disinfect surfaces and equipment
  • Additional Tasks
    • Perform spot cleaning of walls and glass surfaces
    • Assist with special cleaning projects as needed
  • Client Interaction
    • Provide excellent customer service and respond to client requests
    • Establish positive relationships with clients and colleagues
Requirements
  • Communication Skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks
