Farm Supervisor Job Description

Henderson Farm Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our agricultural team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our farm, ensuring the health and well-being of our livestock, and maintaining the highest standards of farm safety and bio-security.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers
  • Monitor animal health and implement measures to prevent disease
  • Maintain accurate financial and production records
  • Negotiate with clients for provision of services
  • Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in livestock production
  • Permanent employment
  • 30 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
Working Conditions:
