Lead the Long-Term Financial Planning Process

As a key member of the Groupe Touchette inc. team, you will be responsible for leading the long-term financial planning process. This includes forecasting financial performance, analyzing variances, and reevaluating strategies based on financial data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct complex financial analyses and provide data-driven strategic recommendations to support key executive decisions.
  • Work in partnership with the FP&A department's CAPEX team to optimize the company's investments and maximize financial impact.
  • Collaborate with other departments (accounting, operations, marketing, etc.) to ensure alignment and effective decision-making.
Requirements
  • An academic background in finance or accounting combined with a CFA, CPA, or MBA certification.
  • More than 7 years of experience in financial analysis, including a minimum of 2 years in team management.
  • Proven skills in financial analysis, modeling, and reporting.
