Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the parking area to ensure the safety of vehicles and individuals.
  • Respond to incidents and emergencies with urgency and professionalism.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to all parking lot users.
  • Conduct regular inspections to verify the functionality of security equipment and proper lighting.
  • Assist individuals in need and address any concerns with courtesy.
  • Document and report incidents to the Supervisor of Parking Lot Security.
  • Issue notices for parking violations in accordance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as required.
  • Identify potential security risks and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
  • Adhere to confidentiality policies and maintain a high level of professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Previous experience in security or a related field is advantageous.

  • Strong physical fitness and capability to perform security duties effectively.
  • Willingness to work outdoors and availability for irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
