Senior Power Systems Engineer

Position Overview
We are in search of a qualified and committed Senior Power Systems Engineer to become a vital part of our team at Northern Health Authority. The ideal candidate will take charge of the operation and upkeep of the facility's power generation systems and associated apparatus, in addition to managing maintenance personnel and directing various projects.

Compensation:
$35.56/hour

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday; 08:00 to 16:00

Required Qualifications:

  • Certification as a 4th Class Power Engineer
  • Completion of Grade 10 plus four years of relevant recent experience or equivalent
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
Essential Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Capability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Physical capability to perform job responsibilities
  • Proficiency in operating equipment
