Job Summary

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong leader to oversee the daily operations of our gas bar. As a Gas Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store is run efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Supervise and train team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to help them resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Operations and Maintenance
    • Ensure that the gas bar is clean and well-maintained at all times.
    • Perform daily reconciliations and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
    • Assist with the ordering, receiving, pricing, and displaying of merchandise.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
    • Respond to customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Duties
    • Perform administrative tasks such as cash reconciliations and general office paperwork.
    • Assist with the preparation of reports and other documents as required.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Gas Bar Clerk with Federated Co-operatives Limited, with at least one year of experience in a functional supervisory role.
    • Minimum Grade 12 diploma or equivalent education.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
