Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendant, Live-in to join our team at Skyline Real Estate Limited Partnership. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our residential properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Property Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of all residential properties, including apartments, offices, and common areas.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train a team of maintenance staff to ensure they are equipped to handle various tasks and responsibilities.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their maintenance requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Manage and maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary materials are on hand.
- Safety and Security: Conduct regular safety and security checks to ensure the well-being of residents and staff.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience in maintenance and repair, preferably in a residential setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
