Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Desktop Analyst to join our team at BQ International Ltd. as a key member of our Deskside Services Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing second-level support, maintenance, and planning for our desktop, notebook, smartphone, and printer environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and desktop software applications.
- Research and provide recommendations on technical solutions related to end-user devices.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Develop and implement technical solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our support services.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in desktop support and analysis.
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide professional support to end-users.
- Valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver's License or equivalent.
Working Conditions:
The successful candidate will be required to work on-site at our Head Office in Regina, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Occasional travel to support offices across the province may be required.
