About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented engineering student to join our team for a four-month co-op placement. As a structural engineering co-op, you'll work on a variety of projects associated with building structural systems, including design and construction. You'll have the opportunity to work with experienced engineers and learn from their expertise.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct design calculations and element design for steel, concrete, and masonry structures
  • Produce sketches and drawings to communicate design concepts
  • Document review and interpretation to support construction activities
  • Participate in field reviews or investigations to support construction activities
  • Prepare field reports based on onsite observations
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate engineering program
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
