Job Title: Maintenance Person

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team at Woodland Park Housing Co-operative. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our properties, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of equipment and fixtures.
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and address any maintenance issues.
  • Operate power tools, power lawn mowers, and other equipment as required.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve maintenance goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in a maintenance or related field.
  • Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Valid driver's licence.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
