Job Summary

Casino Niagara is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality in our luxury hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities
  • Remove and replace linens, towels, and other guest room amenities
  • Empty garbage containers and restock supplies
  • Inspect and report any equipment damage or malfunction
  • Respond to guest calls and clean common areas as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service and interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Lift up to 20 pounds and push/pull up to 30 pounds repetitively throughout your shift
  • Work safely and in compliance with OH&S policies and legislation
Requirements
  • Sense of urgency and accountability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, attention to detail
  • Ability to successfully pass a physical pre-placement assessment
