Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Operational Plans: Create and execute specific plans to prioritize tasks, optimize workflows, and ensure seamless delivery operations.
- Task Management and Coordination: Organize and assign tasks to team members, monitor progress, and provide guidance to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on delivery operations, including metrics on efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical guidance, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Team Supervision and Development: Supervise a team of 3-4 people, provide training and coaching on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, and ensure staff are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
- Resource Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support delivery operations.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of equipment and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work Term: Permanent

- Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week
