Bakery Labourer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Labourer to join our team at LYRA LOU CAKES INC. as a key member of our production team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure food safety and handling practices are followed at all times.
  • Operate mixing and grinding machines, measuring and dumping ingredients as required.
  • Remove filled containers from conveyors and manually pack goods into bags and boxes or other containers.
  • Feed and unload processing machines, checking products and packaging for basic quality defects.
  • Assist process control and machine operators in performing their duties.
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
Requirements:
  • Will train on the job.
  • Permanent employment opportunity.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week.
