Requirements:
- At least one year of retail experience, preferably in a sales or management role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
