About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Power Engineer to join our team at Page Property Management. As a Power Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our power systems, including routine testing, maintenance, and repair of equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the routine testing and maintenance of power systems to ensure optimal performance
  • Investigate and troubleshoot system problems to identify and implement solutions
  • Clean and lubricate machinery and equipment to prevent wear and tear
  • Monitor and inspect plant equipment and systems to detect potential issues
  • Operate automated control systems to regulate water levels and ensure system stability
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance to prevent downtime and ensure safety
Requirements
  • Stationary Engineer 4th Class certification
  • Experience with power generation, HVAC, and refrigeration systems
  • Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
