Industrial Mechanic

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Mechanic to join our team at Filature Lemieux Inc. in a permanent position.
Work SettingThe successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery and equipment. The role will involve working with various types of machinery, including gas compressors, hydraulic systems, and industrial engines.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble and install mechanical equipment
- Perform routine maintenance work on machinery
- Detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions
- Repair or replace defective machinery parts
- Operate hoisting and lifting equipment
- College diploma or equivalent in a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing for extended periods and bending, crouching, and kneeling
