Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Global Pharma Tek is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our audio visual and I&IT projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project plans and resources to ensure efficient progress
  • Lead project teams and ensure collaboration and focus on achieving project deliverables
  • Communicate project deliverables and build strong project teams and client relationships
  • Identify and mitigate risks and benefits of specific solutions and recommend courses of action
  • Plan, coordinate, and control all phases of assigned projects
Requirements:
  • At least years of audio and videoconferencing technology experience
  • At least years of project management experience
Skills and Knowledge:
  • Project planning and management experience related to all phases of concurrent audio visual and I&IT projects
  • Change management principles to facilitate business process change and manage the human factors associated with change
  • Leadership skills to guide the work of project staff and teams
  • Knowledge of project-relevant state of the art multi-platform I&IT technology and understanding of current and emerging trends in such areas as: audio visual systems, mobile, voice, data, video, VoIP and radio, building telecommunications infrastructure design and support
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will work in a hybrid environment, with a mix of remote and on-site work.
