As an Assistant Retail Manager at Showcase, you will assist your Store Manager in driving the success of your store by prioritizing the delivery of a fun and unique customer experience. You will be responsible for maximizing sales potential by mentoring team members' behaviors on the sales floor, establishing expectations, and ensuring effective execution. A keen attention to detail in store operations and adherence to Showcase's policies and procedures is essential.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure high levels of customer service satisfaction by being well-informed about all current and upcoming trending products.
