Job Title: Truck Driver

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Truck Driver to join our team at Rayman Motor Freight Systems Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently across various routes. This is a permanent position with a regular schedule of 40 to 60 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
  • Load and unload goods
  • Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle
  • Perform preventive maintenance
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Coach colleagues on new methods or work techniques
  • Professionalism in customer service
  • Drive as part of a two-person team or convoy
  • Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment
  • Perform brake adjustments
  • Perform emergency roadside repairs
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption
  • Tarping and ensuring safety and security of cargo
Requirements:
  • AZ class license
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Willing to travel cross-border
  • Willing to travel for extended periods
