Position Overview:
This role is focused on leading the solution and implementation of Oracle Fusion Planning and Manufacturing modules for our clients in Canada. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of the P2P cycle and its application in manufacturing settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrated experience of 5+ years in the implementation, rollout, and support of Oracle Fusion Planning and Manufacturing modules.
  • Customize Oracle Fusion P2P modules to fit the client’s operational workflows, organizational framework, and specific industry needs.
  • Proficient knowledge in Product Information Management (PIM), Inventory Control, Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, Production Scheduling, Global Order Management, and Production Scheduling processes.
  • Strong expertise in Plan to Produce processes tailored for manufacturing sectors, particularly in Heavy Equipment.
  • In-depth experience with Oracle Discrete Manufacturing systems.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, draft Functional Specifications, and facilitate the transition of requirements/designs to Technical Development teams while overseeing the Build, Testing, and Deployment phases of new enhancements in the P2P cycle.
  • Experience in production support, configuration updates, testing, and production deployments.
  • Conduct testing of the Oracle system and associated processes.
  • Deliver training sessions to client teams on effectively utilizing Oracle's custom and standard P2P solutions.
  • Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve user issues based on service level agreements.
  • Provide recommendations for system enhancements, upgrades, or scalability improvements as necessary.
  • Collaborate effectively with on-site teams and demonstrate strong presentation and communication skills.
