Education Requirements- Completion of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Recruit, train, and oversee cleaning personnel.
- Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the cleaning team.
- Conduct inspections of facilities to uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
- Support cleaning staff in their daily tasks.
- Develop and manage work schedules for the team.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 individuals.
Work Environment- Fast-paced and dynamic work setting.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Engagement in repetitive tasks that may be physically demanding.
- Involves a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Requires standing for extended periods and handling heavy loads.
- Strong client focus and dependability.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and flexibility.
- Sound judgment and reliability.
Ideal candidates will have 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience in a similar role.
