Role Overview:

As a Bakery Operations Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our bakery department. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Bakery Manager in all facets of bakery operations.
  • Managing daily activities within the bakery to uphold superior customer service standards.
  • Overseeing inventory management, including ordering and receiving supplies for the department.
  • Ensuring the bakery is well-presented, with accurate tagging and pricing.
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving concerns promptly.
  • Contributing to the training and development of bakery staff.
  • Performing additional tasks as required, including providing support to the Bakery Manager.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for Retail Store Operations and meet the following criteria:

  • Certified Ticketed Baker.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a bakery setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Previous leadership experience is preferred.
  • Experience in Retail Team Leadership is an advantage.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational capabilities.
