Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff: Direct and manage the activities of our food service staff, including preparing and portioning food, to ensure that our customers receive prompt and courteous service.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to our food service staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
- Manage Inventory and Supplies: Estimate and order ingredients and supplies needed for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock levels and inventory.
- Ensure Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service to ensure that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.
- Prepare Reports and Budgets: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators, and develop and manage budgets to ensure that our restaurant operations are financially sustainable.
- Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns, and work to resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Maintain Records and Reports: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators, and prepare reports as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role
- Work Setting: Restaurant
- Supervision: 1 to 2 people

- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
