Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation
    • Work closely with our culinary team to ensure that all menu items are prepared to perfection
  • Team Leadership and Quality Control
    • Supervise and train a team of food service staff to ensure that they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service
    • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all food and beverages meet our high standards
  • Inventory Management and Staff Training

Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service management role

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
