Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Robotics Technician to join our team at Radwell. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and support for our robotic systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of robotic systems
  • Provide excellent customer service and support, including training and installation
  • Document all actions taken on service reports and internal training documents
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve equipment reliability and uptime
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, including production level metrics
Requirements
  • High school diploma and technical school certification in a related field
  • Two-year automation and robotics certificate or equivalent training and experience
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of PLCs/HMI's and robotics systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Work Environment

Our warehouse setting requires a professional and safe working environment. All employees are required to wear Radwear and adhere to all Radwell Safety Requirements.
