Cafeteria Assistant

AUM Company Limited is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cafeteria Assistant to join our team. As a Cafeteria Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, providing excellent customer service, and working collaboratively with our team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to maintain a high level of hygiene and safety.
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food items to our customers, ensuring that all orders are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Cash Handling and Transactions: Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all areas are tidy and well-maintained.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.

Requirements
