- Medical Procedures: Assist healthcare professionals with medical procedures, such as taking vital signs, administering medications, and providing first aid in emergency situations.
- Housekeeping and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including making beds, cleaning patient rooms, and restocking supplies.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support.
- Education: Completion of a Registered Apprenticeship program or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a patient care or support role.
- Certifications: Possession of a Moving Patients Safety Principles (MPSP) training certificate and a CPR certification.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
