Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Frontenac Convenience Store.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, ensuring excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Assign tasks and duties to team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business needs.
- Manage inventory, including ordering and stocking merchandise.
- Authorize returns and process sales transactions.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Ensure store appearance and organization meet company standards.
- Manage cash handling and maintain accurate records.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Our store is a retail service establishment with a permanent work term. The work language is English, and the work hours are 30 to 40 hours per week.
