Position Overview

As a Client Engagement Supervisor, you will be instrumental in fostering a customer-focused shopping atmosphere by overseeing and enhancing front-end operations and service expectations. Your leadership will drive the omnichannel initiatives and uphold our store's recovery standards to fulfill our Brand Promises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide the Store Manager in ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs, adhering to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Ensure the execution of Company policies and standards, holding team members accountable for store conditions and performance outcomes.
  • Oversee the adherence to front-end policies and procedures, striving to meet your KPIs while supporting your team in achieving their individual KPIs.
  • Plan and lead the execution of in-store events and classes in alignment with Company initiatives.
  • Manage shrink and safety programs effectively, contributing to cash reconciliation and bank deposit processes.
  • Assist with inventory management tasks, including Return to Vendor (RTV) and Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) activities as necessary.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new team members, providing coaching and performance management to enhance the customer experience team’s capabilities.
  • Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) as required.
Customer Interaction

Engage with customers in a respectful and positive manner, even in challenging situations. Acknowledge customer needs, assist in locating products, and provide effective solutions.

Operational Duties
  • Participate in the unloading and stocking processes to ensure compliance with truck standards.
  • Manage and implement shrink and safety protocols.
  • Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production when applicable.
Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to remain on your feet for extended periods, move throughout the store, and perform regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching. You may need to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using ladders or similar equipment.

Work Environment

The position is set in a public retail environment focused on customer care, with climate-controlled public areas. Some stock rooms may not be climate controlled, and outdoor work may be necessary for tasks such as retrieving shopping carts or unloading trucks.
