Position Summary

As a Full Stack Software Engineer within Vention's Applications team, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and testing of robotic solutions that integrate seamlessly with our hardware and software ecosystem. This position involves leading the frontend development of these solutions while also contributing to backend functionalities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement both internal and external features utilizing TypeScript, React, and Python.
  • Create maintainable and efficient code by focusing on simplicity and thorough requirement analysis.
  • Develop and characterize robotic solutions that leverage Vention's comprehensive ecosystem.
  • Engage hands-on with various robotic systems daily, collaborating with leading brands.
  • Contribute to the core product roadmap by developing prototypes and early-stage components in conjunction with hardware teams.
  • Enhance existing applications and prepare for future releases to expand their capabilities.
  • Acquire knowledge of new industrial manufacturing processes to innovate Vention's product offerings.
  • Participate in all phases of robotic product development, from initial prototyping to full-scale deployment and post-launch support.
  • Assist in creating documentation for applications, including design guides and user manuals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in software development.
  • Proficiency in Python, React, and TypeScript; experience with Go is a plus.
  • Experience in UI or industrial HMI development is preferred.
