About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Operations Manager to join our team at GRILL MASTER. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our culinary department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation. Work closely with our culinary team to ensure that all dishes are prepared to perfection.

Staff Management and Training

Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles. Foster a positive and supportive team environment that encourages growth and development.

Inventory Management and Control

Oversee the inventory and ordering of all kitchen supplies and equipment. Ensure that all inventory is properly stored and maintained to prevent waste and optimize efficiency.

Quality Control and Assurance

Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all dishes meet our high standards. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.

Compliance and Safety

Ensure that all kitchen operations are in compliance with relevant health and safety regulations. Maintain a clean and safe working environment for all staff.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role

Language

English

Work Hours

30 to 40 hours per week
