As a Red Bull Campus Brand Ambassador, you will be an integral part of a vibrant and empowered ambassador program that represents one of the most dynamic brands globally. Your primary focus will be to connect with Red Bull's target demographic, enhancing brand perception and product awareness within your university and surrounding areas. The objective of this role is to attract new consumers, energize university students, boost sales, and uphold the Red Bull brand presence on campus. This entails engaging directly with consumers, promoting product trials, and participating in Red Bull events to create memorable brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. ACT AS A BRAND & PRODUCT REPRESENTATIVE
    Embody the essence of the brand and its values, showcasing Red Bull in a premium manner through daily interactions with consumers. Expand the user base by encouraging positive product trials and awareness through strategic sampling initiatives. Develop and implement a customized campus strategy that captivates students and brings the brand to life at your university. Cultivate a robust network by establishing and nurturing relationships with key local figures. Enhance brand engagement on your social media platforms through authentic content. Participate in Red Bull events and partner events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience for attendees.
  2. SALES STRATEGY EXPERTISE
    Forge relationships with local sales account managers to ensure Red Bull's visibility and availability in retail outlets. Collaborate with sales teams to identify and open new distribution channels for Red Bull on campus and beyond. Utilize relevant resources from the Red Bull universe to maintain top-of-mind awareness in sales accounts. Ensure adherence to established store standards for optimal execution.
  3. COMMITMENT TO EXECUTIONAL EXCELLENCE
    Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of your role. Share insights and collaborate with the team through regular in-person and online interactions. Plan and document your activities using the designated online platform promptly and accurately. Contribute to the growth of the Red Bull media business by providing local insights, trends, and potential opportunities.
