About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team at Essential Home Care Products Inc. as a Home Care Equipment Repair Specialist. As a Mechanical Service Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Inspect and repair home care equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Customer Service: Provide professional and courteous service to customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that all necessary parts and supplies are available for repairs.

Requirements
