Job Summary

Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team at the Pender Community Health Centre, Integrated Care Team serving the Downtown Eastside Community in Vancouver, BC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide holistic care to clients and families across the primary care continuum.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate client care.
  • Establish and maintain therapeutic relationships based on respect and empathy.
  • Support clients and their families to achieve and maintain optimal health.
Qualifications
  • Graduation from a recognized program for Practical Nurses.
  • Current practicing registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
  • One (1) year of recent related experience or completion of a full final clinical placement in a community setting.
