Senior Civil Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Designer to join our Mining team in North Bay, Thunder Bay, Sudbury, Hamilton, or Brampton, Ontario office.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare civil earthwork engineering drawings and Civil 3D models based on engineering data for various mining projects.
- Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure seamless project execution.
- Perform periodic site visits for field checks as required.
- Work alongside the Civil engineering team to deliver high-quality results.
- Provide technical support to project teams and prepare civil Material Take-Offs.
- Other responsibilities include preparing as-built drawings, designing, and detailing new components from previous designs, implementing the preparation of specifications, design computations, drawings, models, and performing volumetric calculations.
- A college degree or diploma in a relevant field.
- Excellent knowledge of Civil 3D and AutoCAD with recent project experience.
- A minimum of 8 years of EPCM/design experience in the mining industry.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication skills.
