About the Role

The Team Lead - NetSuite Expert will be a technical solution expert contributing to customer projects, as well as managing the practice and the people in their area of expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • People Management (15%): Act as a mentor by providing coaching and support to team members, assist employees in defining and progressing their career path, conduct interviews for new team members, define quarterly and yearly employee objectives, ensure employees' well-being, evaluate employees by following the Performance Management process, inspire and motivate their team and co-workers, provide technical training, and oversee overall training program, resolve employee conflicts quickly and efficiently.
  • Operation Management (15%): Assist the supervisor in identifying appropriate resources to be assigned on projects, assist in optimizing the overall profitability, optimize the outcome of non-billable time of their team through effective training, continuous improvement, or sales support, support sales by evaluating projects, estimating work, providing technical content for RFP responses and proposals, attending customer calls and visits to gather requirements and perform technical presentations.
  • Practice Management (10%): Continuously look out for new technology that can or should be implemented, identify, define, implement, and promote best-practices in collaboration with other Team Leaders and the Continuous Improvement Agency (CIA).
  • Project Contribution (60%): Act as a technical reference in their field during project problem resolution and escalation, assist project managers with projects and technical resources requiring special attention, contribute to customer projects by performing requirements gathering and analysis, gap identification, solution architecture and design, development, configuration, validation, quality control, documentation, and training, respond to customer calls and provide immediate assistance for urgent requests.
