Retail Store Manager

The Brick Warehouse is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train sales staff to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Establish and maintain a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and employee engagement.
- Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management to inform business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and secure store environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The Brick Warehouse is a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be required to work in a non-smoking environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.
