About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Worker to join our team at SM Services Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Routine Maintenance Tasks
    • Carry out minor repairs on appliances and equipment to ensure they are in good working order.
    • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
    • Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair to maintain the appearance and integrity of our properties.
  • Care for Grounds and Facilities
    • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens to maintain a visually appealing and well-maintained outdoor space.
    • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures to ensure a clean and hygienic environment for our staff and visitors.
  • Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
    • Work with minimal supervision to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas to ensure safe access to our properties.
