Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage PECT's domestic energy and fuel poverty projects to assist residents in lowering their energy usage.
- Empower communities and individuals through the creation and management of sustainability initiatives that promote healthy living.
- Inspire, motivate, and develop the domestic energy team in alignment with PECT's values and policies.
- Facilitate the transition to cleaner and renewable energy sources by engaging with the community, providing training, and offering support.
- Deliver extensive training and support to stakeholders on topics related to fuel poverty, energy efficiency, climate change, and sustainability.
- Design and implement behavior change programs aimed at encouraging eco-friendly practices within the community.
- Collaborate with a diverse array of stakeholders to foster a cooperative approach to sustainability and environmental responsibility.
- Work towards significant reductions in community carbon emissions, contributing to the achievement of net zero targets.
- Collaborate with the broader PECT team to enhance public involvement in environmental sustainability initiatives.
- Ensure an equitable and inclusive transition for all citizens, emphasizing fair access to sustainable practices and resources.
- Implement, deliver, and assess programs to ensure they meet their intended objectives, within budget and on schedule, while positively impacting the community.

Essential Qualifications:- Proven experience in managing community-oriented projects aimed at reducing environmental impact and achieving net zero emissions.
- Proficient in project management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership.
- Effective communicator capable of articulating the significance of sustainability to diverse audiences.
- Strong communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to work effectively under pressure to meet targets and resolve issues.
- Ability to make decisions and act independently; self-motivated to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Proficient in IT, particularly with Microsoft Office Software.
- Willingness to learn and engage in training as needed.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in an environmental, business, or science-related field, or relevant experience.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Passion for and understanding of environmental and sustainability issues.
