Fuel Service Associate

Key Responsibilities:
The primary objective is to ensure the delivery of high-quality fuel service consistently. Engaging with customers to provide exceptional service is paramount, and it is essential to minimize wait times at unattended fuel stations and propane service areas.
Execute all tasks related to refueling vehicles, filling propane tanks, managing inventory, and maintaining product displays.
Offer assistance, information, and support to customers as needed, ensuring a warm and courteous greeting at all times.
Participate in cross-training across various departments as necessary.
Adhere to the established dress code consistently.
Conduct general cleaning and maintenance tasks.
Attend and engage in training sessions and departmental meetings as directed by the Gas Bar Manager.
Uphold policies and procedures as instructed by the Gas Bar Manager concerning security, fire safety, and accident prevention.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Fundamental math skills
Capacity to collaborate effectively within a team
Outstanding customer service abilities
Qualifications and Experience:
Propane certification will be provided upon employment
Previous experience in retail or a related field is preferred
